WHY STUDY THIS MASTER'S DEGREE?

It will help you develop a multidisciplinary profile and gain professional experience working and training with people from the fields of engineering, life sciences, economics, political and social sciences.
You will develop creativity, leadership and teamwork, from a multidisciplinary and transversal training, more flexible and enriching to work in a globalized and competitive labor market, better understanding the synergies between areas of knowledge specific to the planning of rural development projects and sustainable management.
You will develop competencies to combine social and environmental aspects of development with technical aspects of project planning, management and evaluation.
You will share classrooms and experiences with students from different cultures and become part of a global network of graduates working in different fields of development. In recent years, the internationalization rate has been over 70%, with students from more than 10 different countries.
You will have the possibility to carry out research stays with partner institutions in different countries during your Master's Thesis (TFM).
You will be able to enjoy the flexibility of starting the program in the first or second semester and have up to three academic years to finish.

Public fees	Public fees for official Masters’ degrees are published in the Official Bulletin of the Community of Madrid (BOCM). The prices vary slightly depending on the number of ECTS enrolled. The following public prices have been calculated for 60 ECTS and include school insurance for students under 28 years of age, registration, secretarial fees, application for the Master's degree and academic certificate: Students from EU member states or with residence permit in EU member states: 2.735,97,15 € Others: 5.078,97 €

Target Group	It is multidisciplinary in nature and is aimed at graduates, professionals and researchers in the fields of engineering, agronomy, environment, territorial planning, development assessment, forestry management, economics and political and social sciences
Objectives	To train professionals and researchers in planning, evaluation and management of rural/local development projects, and in sustainable management of the territory and its biodiversity
