CLASSROOM COEXISTENCE

To have a good coexistence in the classroom, it is necessary that all of us adopt a commitment of mutual respect, following these rules:

  • It is necessary to be punctual and avoid interruptions in the classrooms. If a student is late for class, he/she should wait until the break to enter the classroom so the session is not interrupted. Also, students should use the restroom only before and after each class.
  • It is necessary to attend all classes.

  • Cell phones should be turned off in the classroom. Laptops must be turned off if professors make such a request.

  • All of us are responsible for keeping the facilities clean at all times (classrooms and laboratories).

  • It is essential to maintain an environment of mutual respect for other participants who use the classrooms. Observe silence during class hours. Students must pay attention when a person is talking and must respect each other’s turn to speak in group discussions and debates. Students are expected to be properly dressed at all times. Eating food in class is not allowed.

  • The professor of each subject is in charge of moderating the debate and giving the floor to students.

  • Interruptions of any type that can make it difficult for sessions to be conducted will be avoided.

  • All participants must be open to team work, formation of work groups on their own initiative and following the instructions of the professor in charge.

  • Participants must exhibit a positive attitude that improves the work environment and participate in the classroom (on-campus and online), and promote integration and communication among all participants in the Master.
