Language Program for internationalization

The Polytechnic University of Madrid, through the International Relations Vice-Rectorate, offers a series of courses that postgraduate students can take previous to enrollment. The Language Program for Internationalization (Prolinter), that depends on the International Relations Vice-Rectorate, has developed a flexible offer of Language Course adjusted to the demands of the University community. Through this program, the UPM shows, once again, its international spirit and active participation in projects of academic mobility within and outside the European Union. The program is particularly designed for students, but the teaching staff, non-teaching staff and research staff can also participate, depending on the courses.

Spanish area

For UPM students whose mother tongue is not Spanish. The majority of the group are European students who come from the Erasmus program. Other student groups from non-European countries can also participate. The program includes a series of courses of different levels and formats, available throughout the academic year.

Foreign Languages Area

This area has exams and courses addressed mainly to those UPM students who want to study abroad in order to participate in the Erasmus Interchange Program or a similar program.
The Language Program for Internationalization offers varied languages depending on the requirements of each academic year, or at the request of coordinators and promoters of academic interchange agreements.
